Communicating with understanding and empathy involves being fully present, actively listening, validating the speaker's experiences, and responding with empathy and support. It requires genuine compassion, open-mindedness, and a willingness to connect with others on an emotional level. This is a skill I will help you build during our sessions.

It’s rare to have unfamiliarity with procrastination. We all procrastinate. However, we can minimize the effects of procrastination in our lives by understanding the hidden forces within that drive procrastination. Understanding these forces and zooming in on the moment that drives our impulse to procrastinate can help us develop strategies to overcome the procrastination drain! Together we can learn to drive procrastination into its corner.

Lack of confidence tends to fall away when we set S.M.A.R.T goals, celebrate small wins, face our fears, practice self-compassion and self-care, seek feedback, take action based on this feedback, surround ourselves with supportive people, and practice gratitude. I would love to talk to you about developing these techniques.

Heeding fears without succumbing to them involves acknowledging and respecting your fears. They are there for a reason and have evolutionary value. But not succumbing to them, thanking “them” for their concern, while taking proactive steps to manage and overcome them requires some mindful strategies like identifying and understanding our fears, challenging negative thoughts, focusing on solutions, and celebrating progress. This is within reach and I can help you see it.

Letting go of things that no longer serve us can be challenging, but it's an important step towards personal growth and creation of space to ma e room for positive change. We need to identify these things accept that the things no longer aligning with our values were necessary for growth but have outlived their usefulness, practice gratitude for these things, forgive ourselves and others, and embrace change. I would love to put our heads together to co-create these strategies.
